Women are powerful agents of change who can shape the future by pursuing professional growth and following their passions. Investing in women creates more opportunities for them to achieve their goals, advance their career and give back to their community.
At Business Women’s Network, we believe in your passion and are dedicated to investing in the future of women in Howard County. Since 2000, we’ve awarded more than $80,000 in scholarships to women inspired to advance their careers and reach their goals. BWN’s Scholarship Foundation is committed to helping women pursue educational degrees, certifications and training that lead to advancement and sustainable careers. Each year, we award up to eight $1,500 scholarships to women who not only demonstrate great potential to better our community but who also need financial assistance to complete their education or training.
With this scholarship, I will be able to continue my education and move closer to my end goal of a law degree. I am a mother of four and I hope that through my success I can inspire not only my children but others who have traveled my same path.
